Good product and good people. We live in Southern California where unfortunately there have been a lot of home invasions. We ordered 6 steel doors with beautiful windows that are so strong it makes a would be intruder think twice. We sleep a lot better at night and aesthetically the beauty of the home has been transformative, not to mention that the home value also went up. We highly recommend this company.

I had this idea to put a vault door on our Palm Springs project. After seeing my friend doing a custom pivot door on one of his projects, I asked him if he could put me in touch with the people who made his custom door. I met sales from Rhino Steel Doors and shared with him our vision and what we wanted and he said I got you guys (that was music to my ears, we spoke to several other custom door makers and no one wanted to touch the project, they said it's to much work). Perfect. I know you guys are professionals, not worried at all, you guys are the best!

The entire installation looks great! We had quite a few scratches and nicks to paint over today. The paint you provided appears to have done the trick. We also applied the grease today. The door definitely opens and closes a lot easier though I think I may try an even heavier-duty grease to ensure great performance over a longer period. Overall, however, I am quite satisfied. Thanks for your help!

We love our beautiful steel door. This is a quality door. 300lbs! The installers were great. They came and take care of whatever needed to be done. The project coordinator is fantastic. They are extremely responsive and communication was seamless. Even though this door was fabricated in Mexico, we never once felt uneasy. They sent us progress pictures and kept us up to date on every stage of fabrication. The project took a little longer than estimated due to Covid which we totally understand. But because they kept us informed we were not nervous. I have absolutely no issues recommending them if you have a custom door project.

We are so happy with our new front door and it's been a pleasure working with Rhino Steel Doors. It was time to replace our front door, and with the size, it had to be custom-built. The sales team was quick to respond and come out to do the measurements. I showed him a door online and wanted something similar. The time frame was about 8-12 weeks. We just purchased a new front door for our house from Rhino and we couldn't be more thrilled. The door is beautiful and very well-built. The fit and finish is perfect. I did many hours of research comparing the various steel doors available and Rhino was superior to all of them. The less expensive ones are manufactured in China and will not last like a Rhino. I also had a great experience with their sales and customer service team. They were very attentive and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any future door purchases. We have already referred several neighbors to them for quotes. I love my 60" custom metal pivot door and so do all my neighbors! We shopped around and discovered Rhino Steel Windows and Doors on the internet and my General Contractor had installed one of their doors before which gave us some added assurance. My concerns were unfounded especially after I drove down and met the sales team in their shop in the San Diego area to see the doors up close. The quality of their work is awesome. We set a schedule to meet my contractor at our home, they took some measurements and a couple of days later I received a design sketch and quote. We got exactly what we wanted because we were able to design our door by working with Rhino's team and their local designer, no need to sacrifice what you want. I give Rhino Steel Windows and Doors and the Sales Team a 5+. They were great to work with as I got progress reports every couple of weeks and or as the door went through different manufacturing processes/steps. In addition, when we leaned on them to deliver sooner, he expedited our project and delivered 1 week before the promised date. Last but not least, their price was competitive too!
